LCD,CRT, Plasma or DLP? Shopping for a new TV can be tricky! Find the one that suits your purposes and needs to a lower price!
The way the televisions have looked before, hasn't always gone hand in hand with our interest in home decorating. A big, black box standing in the corner of a room with lots of wires and cables attached to it, has been the sight in most homes. Today the televisions on the market can easily be integrated to fit the interior design of your home. An LCD or a plasma TV is a perfect choice for those that haven't got much floor space. They can easily be hung up on your wall or put on a shelf. A plasma television looks equally bright and clear from any angle and you can find them in a range of sizes. The LCD TVs do not use as much energy as all the other display types. They can be extremely thin and they do not weigh much. The CRT technology that has been used for decades is still the most common display type. These TV sets are reliable and they have a long life, but on the other hand they are the heaviest and biggest of all types. If the floor space is not an issue, but you would still like to have a bigger screen than 32”, then a CRT rear-projection HDTV might be the perfect choice for you. They are the least expensive large screen TVs on the market today. DLP, LCoS and LCD rear-projection models can be seen as in between the technologies mentioned above. These sets are offered in different models. All of them offer large screens but they do not take up too much space weather you have a floor standing model or put it up on a cabinet. To be able to decide upon a TV you should of course also compare the picture between different TV types. We suggest that you pay a visit to your local TV shop, but do not forget to bookmark this site, since the best prices and deals are made on the Internet!
